How do I open an account?

You can apply from the 'Sign Up' button on the homepage. Fill in the required information and upload your ID documents. Trading can begin after verification is complete.

Click 'Forgot Password' on the login screen and enter your registered email address. A password reset email will be sent to you.

What are the minimum and maximum investment amounts?

The minimum investment is 500 JPY, and the maximum is 200,000 JPY per position. The maximum total amount of open positions is 5,000,000 JPY. Note: Investment amounts may change depending on market conditions.

What is the payout rate? What assets can I trade?

The payout multiplier is not fixed and fluctuates depending on the instrument and market conditions. Please check the trading screen. Tradable instruments and maturities are also subject to change.

Can I trade on my smartphone? Is there a trading app?

You can trade directly from your smartphone browser (Chrome, Safari, etc.). We do not currently offer a smartphone app.

What are the trading hours? Can I trade on weekends?

On weekdays, trading is basically available 24 hours a day. Cryptocurrency-related instruments can also be traded on weekends. Note: You may be unable to trade even during trading hours depending on volatility or market conditions.

How does early close (sell) work?

Short positions can be sold up to 30 seconds before expiry. Long positions with a date-based expiry (e.g., Feb-20) cannot be sold early. You can close positions from the 'Open Positions' section on the left side of the trading screen.

How can I deposit funds?

We accept bank transfers and cryptocurrency (BTC/USDT) deposits. Please check the Banking page for details.

Is there a minimum deposit amount?

For bank transfers, the minimum deposit is 50,000 JPY.

Valid photo IDs include driver's license, passport, and My Number card.

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 JPY. Withdrawals below 10,000 JPY are only possible when closing your account.
